Technicaps x Pochet x Ciloa Re feel
Technicaps innovation, made in collaboration with two other French players, Pochet and Cilkoa, is this year’s winner of the Luxe Pack in green eco-conceived packaging award.
Re feel’ is a 100% cellulose refill, integrated into a glass jar that was eco-designed and made in France. The cellulose refill is impermeable for water and grease thanks to a unique mineral treatment developed by Cilkoa. Plus, it’s also 100% recyclable.
Minerbio Mono Dropper
The made-in-Italy monomaterial dropper is entirely made of polypropylene (PP), so compatible with current recycling systems.
It has a classic dropper shape and comes in four standard versions, with a glossy white or NIR black finish for the collar, suitable for Laura 15 and 30 bottles.
It’s also customisable by colour for orders starting from 15,000 pieces.
Autajon Group Cosmethics Édition Savon
Eco-designed Cosmethics Édition Savon has a glue-free corolla case, which creates a pleasant ‘unboxing’ experience by opening like a flower.
The paper packaging protects the soap, a tamper-evident label protects the product integrity, and the product also reuses ink waste.
ICMA Rinascimento
The product is made of wastepaper in a circular economy model that is traced along the whole supply chain.
The scrap paper is used directly as a raw material to manufacture the new paper, eliminating the intermediate step of producing virgin or recycled cellulose pulp – a process that uses chemicals, energy, and water.
Material transportation is also reduced due to the shortened production process. ICMA also chooses partners based on the geographical location of the waste.
Zignago Vetro Licata Jar
Said to be the ‘world-first’ cosmetic jar that’s made with more than 75% post-consumer recycled glass.
This percentage rises up to 90% when including the post-production recycled glass too. It has the typical green colour of the glass by recycling scraps from bottle banks.
The material has a 99% shielding from UV radiation and production gives up to 36% reduction in CO2 emissions.
Double Glass Refill & Go Berlin Packaging
A new refillable solution for the extra-premium packaging segment, that’s available in 15 and 30ml sizes.
The double wall design means the outer glass bottle can be reused and refilled with a new tubular glass ampoule.
Customers can carry only the refill bottles with their pumps and safety clips, to make it more travel-friendly, plus
the packaging components can be easily separated and differentiated by material.
A kit made from ocean plastic by MyProd
The Belgian company presented a kit made from plastic sourced from the oceans.
Martinenq Spatula de Testing a Usage Unique
A single-use spatula that is a greener and more economical alternative to plastic spatulas.
The two-sided coated paper prevents the spatula from absorbing the product during the testing phase, while this sheath ensures perfect hygiene by protecting the single-use spatula.
Both are made biodegradable and recyclable paper and can customised to requirements.
LabLabo airless
The company, which creates airless refillable pouches that preserve the integrity of the formula while offering more eco-friendly packaging, has launched its refillable solutions in a larger size.
Spinnler Cartonnages Pushup Stick
The company has previously created push-up sticks for solid deodorants and has now unveiled this cardboard-based innovation for solid cosmetics formats, too.
NatPak Modular
The Hong Kong-based sustainable packaging company has unveiled its latest eco-designed innovation, which features multiple compartments that could make it ideal for cosmetics palettes.
