I have perhaps the flattest feet on earth, and because of that, they’re almost always in pain. As a former dancer, the activity kept my arches intact, especially all those hours in pointe shoes. But, as I got older and stopped dancing at a rigorous pace like I once did in high school, my arches completely collapsed. My feet even got bigger.
