She showed off the new ink in head-to-toe PVC.
Chrissy Teigen is flexing her comedic chops with some new ink. After attending the ChainFEST LA 2024 food festival on Saturday, October 5, the cookbook author revealed she’d left the experience with a tongue-in-cheek souvenir: A lower back tattoo of a White Castle logo, which she showed off to fans in a candid Instagram video.
In the clip, which showed the model standing in front of a mirror in a walk-in closet, Teigen shared that she’d gotten the temporary design at the food fest—but hadn’t expected it to last so long.
Laughing, she told the camera, “I went to chain fest and came home with this,” pulling down the back of her sheer latex skirt to show off an ink design of a White Castle burger with angel wings. “This is a White Castle lower back tattoo and then I found out it lasts for eight days.”
Shaking her head, she repeated, "I have a White Castle lower back tattoo that lasts for eight days. Oh my god."
Before giving her followers a look at her new “chain stamp,” per husband John Legend’s comment, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alum also shared a closer look at her PVC outfit, which included a low-cut black latex bodysuit with a plunging back, paired with a sheer beige skirt in the same body-con material. She accessorized with black mesh heels with ankle straps, gold bangles, a small black clutch, and a mauve pout on the red carpet.
While shimmying in the revealing outfit after the event, Teigen was quick to keep it real, demonstrating that it was “difficult” to move around in the skin-tight fabric.
While the model’s temporary tattoo might only be around for a few more days, she’s previously shared her meaningful permanent ink designs with her fans. Teigen’s tattoo collection includes an elephant on her wrist with the phrase, “in my past life I was an elephant,” as well as a butterfly stencil that was originally created by her daughter Luna.
