She's more than ready for the colder months ahead.
Nicole Kidman knows how to make a great outfit and can turn even the most simple of basics into a timeless and classy ensemble.
The actress stepped out in New York City on October 5, in an outfit that is practically the personification of autumn: She wore a simple black turtleneck sweater with extra-long sleeves that extended down her hands, and a pair of loose-fitting gray trousers that draped over black chunky loafers. While the look is a classic outfit formula, it's also a sophisticated take on the office siren trend.
Kidman opted to let to look stand on its own and decided to forego any accessories, but used her glam to tie it all together. She highlighted her fresh-faced complexion with peachy blush on the apples of her cheeks, and finished off her makeup with a touch of brown eyeshadow and black mascara to make her eyes pop.
This isn’t The Perfect Couple actress’s first foray into fall dressing this year. Kidman already pulled out pieces from her autumnal wardrobe while in Paris to see her daughter, Sunday Rose, walk during the Miu Miu Paris Fashion Week show. The 57-year-old donned a black V-neck pullover sweater worn over a white collared button-up, styled with a bold black-and-white plaid skirt and matching loafers.
Expect to see more cozy weather looks from Kidman in the coming months—the star is slated to appear in upcoming movie, Babygirl, which hits theaters on December 25. Kidman will likely hit the press circuit in several seasonal looks as its premiere draws closer.
