She embraced 'Wicked'-core.
With just 13 days until Election Day on Tuesday, November 5, Kamala Harris has been hitting the campaign trail. Her latest stops saw her in three swing states yesterday: Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. In addition to meeting Americans and talking policy, she, once again, put her power dressing on display. And not only was she a vision of confidence, but she embraced fall in the perfect autumnal color.
For her busy day of engagements, the Democratic nominee for president wore a tailored suit that featured a longline brazer and wide-leg trousers. The ensemble, which appeared to be made from a thick, cushiony fabric, was a deep, forest-green hue. She paired the fall-ready outfit with a black scoop-neck top, black pointed-toe stiletto heels, a gold American flag pin that she wore on her left lapel, a thick gold chain necklace, a gold chain bracelet, and two rings.
As for beauty, Harris styled her chestnut-colored lob in her signature bouncy curls and side part, and glammed up with minimal makeup, completing the look with a natural lip.
The politician wore the look during a moderated conversation with former Representative Liz Cheney at the Royal Oak Music Theatre in Royal Oak, Michigan. Hours later, she joined Cheney for another conversation at People's Light Performing Arts Theater in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Then, again at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
Last month, Harris leaned into fall tones alongside Oprah Winfrey. The two trailblazers looked spirited, with Harris donning a plum-colored pantsuit with a black pinstripe blouse, and Winfrey going full monochromatic in a pumpkin-orange suit and matching top. Earlier this month, Harris put another spin on the classic suit in a charcoal-gray co-ord with dramatic peak lapels.
