J.Lo had the perfect post-slopes chalet look.
Jennifer Lopez spent the holiday season hitting the slopes in Aspen—and naturally, her cozy Boxing Day look couldn’t have been more après-ski if it tried. While wandering through the streets of the famous Colorado ski town with her daughter, Emme Muñiz, Lopez opted for a cozy white cable knit turtleneck that looked like it was pulled straight from the set of a Meg Ryan rom-com. She paired the sweater with baggy jeans and her trusty pair of platform Uggs. However, it was the jacket that pulled the look together. Over her white sweater, Lopez wore another, thicker sweater, with a festive black and white pattern, a shawl collar, and, of course, oversized pockets, giving the overall impression of a fashionable Starsky (of Starsky and Hutch). She completed the chalet-ready look with a messy updo and a pair of oversized brown sunglasses.
Lopez took to Instagram to share some snaps from her festive skiing trip in which she showed another look. While sitting on the slopes, she opted for a pair of furry boots paired with a warm black coat with a giant fur hood. Also on the trip, she was spotted wearing a few other après-ski looks including a brown and white Shearling jacket and a red and black plaid shirt.
Along with her daughter, Emme, Lopez was also joined in Aspen by her sister Lynda, and her niece Lucie.
Earlier this year, Lopez announced her split from Ben Affleck. Although it was apparently a “rough year” for Lopez, she and her ex are reportedly still “connected”. “They have every intention of continuing to be in each other’s lives despite not being romantically involved,” a source told Page Six. “Ben and Jennifer are still connected and they do communicate when it involves their kids.” In fact, the pair reportedly even exchanged gifts during a private lunch before Lopez set off for her Aspen vacation.
