Her footwear broke *all* the rules.
Labor Day has long come and gone, but that’s not stopping Brooke Shields from busting out her all-white footwear. On Thursday, the model-slash-actress attended Hearst Magazine’s first-ever Female Force summit in New York City and slipped on a rule-breaking pair of boots for the occasion.
Wearing a coral-and-white maxi-length knitted dress that was completely covered in Dior's signature "CD" logo and featured long sleeves and a high rounded neckline, Shields spiced up her outfit with a pair of pointed-toe ankle booties in a bright, optic shade of white. Not only did her shoes technically break the no-white after Labor Day rule, but they also seemed slightly impractical for the fall weather. However, we doubt Shields, or any celebrity for that matter, has to worry about dodging puddles or scuffing up their shoes with year-round, door-to-door car service.
She accessorized with silver hoops, a matching wristwatch, and a set of diamond rings, while her glam consisted of a glossy pink lip, rosy cheeks, and long, loose curls that cascaded past her shoulders.
Later that same day, Shields headed across town to Giorgio Armani's spring-summer 2025 fashion show held at the Park Avenue Armory on the Upper East Side. Swapping her footwear (and entire outfit for that matter), she chose a more seasonally-appropriate yet still funky shoe. At the event, Shields stepped onto the black carpet in a pair of gray metallic rounded-toe heels that complemented her holiday-inspired velvet separates, which included a blazer with sparkly lapels and matching slouchy trousers.
